November was an amazing month for us. With Christmas fast approaching, we wanted to share some of our achievements with you.

New iOS App Beta

Firstly, we launched our public beta for our new iOS app design, that we have been working hard to make even more user-friendly. We are grateful to all who took part and gave us great feedback.Since then, we have improved the design, the user experience and implemented all necessary bug fixes. We aim to launch an improved design at the start of 2016.

We would like to thank all who were involved as beta testers and helped us with feedback.

Two More Distribution Partners

More good news is that we have signed up two more exciting new distribution partners:

Fixing Fraud Issues

Fraud is, unfortunately, a common occurrence when companies set up new online payment services. Even payments giants, such as PayPal, when it was a startup, was plagued by fraud early on. We have also been a victim of this after we launched our payment options for PayPal, credit and debit cards; we experienced some fraud payments and chargebacks.

We are now learning how to prevent this from happening in the future, with tighter security and verification procedures. We lost around $350 on these transactions, but this is a low price for the knowledge we have learned.
